Coaches and Administrators - Please forward on to club (U17, 18) & High School coaches that you know and get to HS Junior players

Must be an EPYSA club player and a High School Junior (only)
Candidates for the Union League of Philadelphia Good Citizenship Award. Please forward this email to other coaches/administrators and players for EPYSA candidates who demonstrate exemplary qualities not only in soccer but in their overall profile of activities. Cooperative effort, self control, perseverance, serious scholarship, and good sportsmanship are the categories of review.

Have a sponsor, coach or other person submit a Personal Profile (2 to 3 pages maximum) with a cover letter in the following format:

(1) Name, phone #, email and mailing address (2) Academics (3) Soccer & Athletics, (4) Extracurricular Activities,
(5) Community Service, (6) Awards and Recognitions, (7) Part-time job or other accomplishments

Profiles must have references with phone numbers to attest to authenticity.

Candidates must be able to attend the Wednesday, May 12, 2010 YOUTH DAY as a part of the award
